About 800 residents of Western North Carolina are enrolled in these advanced degree programs, which include: master’s degrees in Educational Media, Geography (Land Planning) and Library Science (K-12) from Appalachian State University; Master of Liberal Arts from UNC Asheville; Master of Engineering from North Carolina State University; and over 20 master’s degree programs of Western Carolina University in areas ranging from education to health sciences and business.
These degree programs are designed to help area residents advance their career goals and to serve their lifelong learning needs. Therefore, the Asheville Graduate continuously evaluates and updates program offerings and schools bringing their degree programs to Asheville. To offer suggestions, please email us at agc@unca.edu.
